The buyer is entitled to withdraw from a completed order (under the law "from the contract of sale" if the buyer has already taken delivery of the goods) without giving any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The goods to be returned must be:
- a) unopened, still in factory sealed packaging
b) undamaged
c) complete (including accessories, documentation, etc.)
d) including the enclosed proof of purchase.
If the buyer decides to return the goods, he proceeds as follows:
1) contact the seller with a request to withdraw from the processed order, indicating the order number (variable symbol), the date of purchase, and the number of their account for the refund
2) send the goods back to the seller's address - it is recommended to send the goods by registered post, insured, and use suitable packaging to prevent writing, sticking, or other deterioration of the original packaging and the goods themselves during transport (the seller is not liable for any loss or damage to the goods during transport) c) pay the expenses related to the return of the goods (postage, insurance, etc.).
Upon fulfillment of the conditions and upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller is obliged to:
1) take back the goods
2) refund to the buyer within a period of no later than 15 days from the date of withdrawal from the processed order the entire price paid for the goods excluding the shipping fee.
If any of the conditions are not met, the seller will not accept withdrawal from the processed order and the goods will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
